HF Sinclair Corporation is a U.S.-based independent energy and specialty products company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Formed in 2022 through the combination of HollyFrontier Corporation and Sinclair Oil Corporation, it operates refineries across the Rocky Mountain, Southwest, and Mid-Continent regions, along with renewable diesel facilities in New Mexico and Wyoming. The company produces transportation fuels (gasoline, diesel, jet fuel), renewable diesel, asphalt, and other refined products. Its lubricants and specialty products business—anchored by Petro-Canada Lubricants and additional specialty assets—supplies base oils, finished lubricants, white oils, petrolatum, and waxes for industrial and consumer applications.
HF Sinclair also owns and operates logistics assets, historically managed via Holly Energy Partners, including pipelines and storage that support its refining and marketing operations.
