Hocheng Group Holding Corp. is a Cayman Islands-registered holding company established in 2008 that forms a central part of the HCG Group structure. It holds 100% ownership in key international subsidiaries, including Hocheng (China) Corporation and interests in Hocheng Philippines Corporation, enabling the group's global manufacturing and distribution operations.

The HCG Group traces its roots to Hocheng Corporation, founded in 1931 in Taiwan and listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange under ticker 1810. The group is a leading manufacturer of bathroom fixtures, sanitary ceramics, tiles, kitchenware, water supply copper wares, and related building materials. It operates production facilities in Taiwan, China, and the Philippines, with a strong market presence in Asia, including over 55% market share in total bathroom solutions in the Philippines.

In addition to core sanitary ware products, the group has diversified into precision ceramics, composite materials for defense applications such as drone airframes and unmanned surface vessels, and sustainable practices including 100% renewable energy use at its Philippine plant through geothermal and solar power. Leadership includes Chiu family members, with Y. Michael Chiu serving as Vice Chairman of HCG Holding and HCG Philippines.
