Evonik Fuhua New Materials (Sichuan) Co., Ltd. (赢创福华新材料（四川）有限公司) is a joint venture established in December 2024 in Leshan, Sichuan Province, China. Evonik Industries holds a 51% stake, with Fuhua Tongda Chemicals Company owning the remaining 49%.
The company operates a specialty hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) production facility that purifies industrial-grade H₂O₂ supplied by Fuhua, using technology licensed from Evonik's Active Oxygens business. Construction of the plant, with an annual capacity of 20,000 tonnes, was completed in early 2026 and is now entering trial production. First commercial volumes are anticipated in Q2 2026.
Its specialty H₂O₂ products target high-growth applications including photovoltaics, semiconductors, food packaging, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.
