Eni UK Limited is the United Kingdom operating company of Eni, the global energy group. It focuses on exploration, development, and production of oil and natural gas on the UK Continental Shelf, including the management of mature and late-life assets in the Irish Sea and North Sea.
The company is a key participant in the UK’s carbon capture and storage (CCS) rollout. As transport and storage operator for the HyNet North West cluster, Eni UK is developing infrastructure to collect CO2 from industrial sites and permanently store it in depleted offshore gas reservoirs via repurposed pipelines. These activities also underpin low-carbon hydrogen projects and emissions reduction efforts across energy-intensive industries.
