Eni Next LLC is the corporate venture capital arm of Eni, investing in startups that develop technologies to advance the energy transition and industrial decarbonization. The firm targets innovations that can be scaled across energy and chemicals value chains, aiming to accelerate deployment through strategic collaborations with Eni’s businesses.

Its investment focus includes low‑carbon and sustainable fuels, circular economy and recycling technologies, bio‑based and waste‑to‑value solutions, carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS), hydrogen and related infrastructure, emissions reduction and monitoring, advanced materials, and enabling digital and industrial technologies. By combining capital with technical insight and access to industrial pilots, Eni Next supports the maturation of technologies that reduce environmental impact and improve the efficiency and sustainability of energy and chemical production.
