Eni Ghana Exploration and Production Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Italian energy major Eni S.p.A. and serves as its primary operating entity for upstream activities in Ghana. OCTP has been producing since 2017-2018, delivering oil, condensate, and non-associated gas entirely dedicated to Ghana's domestic market, supplying approximately 65-70% of the country's gas demand for power generation and supporting around 34-40% of national electricity needs.
The company maintains equity production of roughly 34,000-40,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day. It also holds interests in exploration blocks such as Cape Three Points Block 4 and recently signed MoUs for new offshore acreages GH WB 3 and GH WB 8.
