EemsGas is a Netherlands-based company focused on the industrial production of green gas (biomethane). It develops high-capacity facilities that convert residual biomass, such as demolition wood, into grid-quality renewable gas through advanced thermal conversion with gas cleaning and methanation.
By scaling replicable plants in cooperation with technology partners and public stakeholders, EemsGas aims to provide a reliable alternative to fossil natural gas for heat and industrial use. Its projects support circular use of materials and the energy transition in the Netherlands.
