Edison S.p.A. is an Italian integrated energy company based in Milan and part of the EDF Group. Founded in 1884, it operates across electricity generation, natural gas procurement and supply, and energy services. Its power portfolio in Italy includes combined-cycle gas-fired plants alongside renewable assets such as hydro, wind, and solar. Edison supplies gas and power to wholesale, business, and residential customers and is active in international gas sourcing, including liquefied natural gas (LNG).
