CO2 AI SAS is a French software company headquartered in Neuilly-sur-Seine near Paris. It develops end-to-end sustainability management platforms for carbon accounting, emissions measurement, and reduction planning at both corporate and product levels.

Founded by Charlotte Degot and Florian Jourda, the company became a standalone entity in 2023 backed by investors including Boston Consulting Group, Partech, and Unusual Ventures. Its tools enable real-time analysis of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions data and have been deployed in partnerships such as with Symrise for the Houston platform, launched in 2025 and presented at the UN Climate Change Conference.

CO2 AI focuses on scalable computation of product carbon footprints and supports large enterprises in supply chain transparency and decarbonization efforts.
