Corredor Logística e Infraestrutura S.A. (CLI) is a Brazilian company that operates independent port terminals focused on agribusiness logistics, primarily handling grains, sugar and other bulk commodities.
It manages facilities at the Port of Itaqui through its wholly owned subsidiary CLI Norte and holds an 80% stake in operations at the Port of Santos via CLI Sul.
In June 2026, AD Ports Group acquired CLI from previous joint owners Macquarie Asset Management and IG4 Capital in a transaction valued at over AED 3 billion.
