The firm operates two grinding units with a combined annual capacity of approximately 1.3 million tonnes, situated near Lima in Cajamarquilla and in Pisco. It also runs two ready-mixed concrete plants. These strategically located facilities serve the central and southern regions of Peru and leverage port access for importing intermediate products, operating on an asset-light basis without domestic clinker production.

Cementos Inka offers a range of cement products, such as high-sulfate resistant antisalitre cement for mining backfill, eco-friendly options, and specialized blends suited to Peru's diverse climates and construction needs. It supplies both the building construction sector and the mining industry, with notable clients in mining operations.

Originally family-owned by the Choy family, the company employs around 270 staff. In September 2026, Heidelberg Materials entered into an agreement to acquire a 70% majority stake, with closure anticipated in October 2026. This move integrates Cementos Inka into Heidelberg's global trading and production network.

Within the Peruvian cement market, dominated by larger players like Unacem, Pacasmayo, and Yura, Cementos Inka has established itself as an innovative competitor emphasizing sustainability, quality certifications including ISO standards, and nationwide market reach.

Also known as Cemento INKA.
