Central Finland Mobility Foundation (Cefmof) is a non-profit organization based in Jyväskylä, Finland, focused on advancing sustainable mobility and decarbonization in cold-climate regions. It was established with the involvement of the City of Jyväskylä, TOYOTA GAZOO Racing World Rally Team, and the Toyota Mobility Foundation.
Cefmof coordinates and supports projects that deploy green hydrogen and other zero-emission solutions across transport and urban infrastructure. Working with municipalities, technology providers, and industry partners, the foundation facilitates pilot deployments, infrastructure planning, and ecosystem development to help accelerate a regional hydrogen economy and demonstrate practical pathways to carbon-neutral mobility.
