Community Blood Center

CBC’s operations span donor recruitment, collection of whole blood and apheresis products, component processing, infectious disease testing, labeling, storage, and distribution. The center works with hospital partners and community organizations to support routine and emergency transfusion needs, and operates under applicable regulatory standards (such as FDA and AABB) for quality and safety. Its activities include inventory management, logistics, and support for specialized transfusion requirements across its service area.
