BS|ENERGY, legally Braunschweiger Versorgungs-AG & Co. KG, is a utility company headquartered in Braunschweig, Germany. It supplies electricity, natural gas, district heating and drinking water to customers in the Braunschweig region and beyond. The company operates combined heat and power plants and is pursuing decarbonisation measures, including optimisation of existing facilities, expansion of renewables and targets for greenhouse gas neutrality by 2045. It currently sources around 35% of its heat from renewable sources. BS|ENERGY is part of the Veolia group and has been active in the region for over 175 years.
