BP Energy Company of Kirkuk Limited (BP ECKL) is a UK-registered company established to hold interests in oil and gas redevelopment projects in northern Iraq.
It serves as the contractor under a Development and Production Contract with Iraq's North Oil Company and North Gas Company.
