German GmbH operating a biodiesel (FAME) and glycerine production plant in Rostock oil harbor, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Part of Biopetrol Industries AG expansion; plant opened 2006 with ~150,000 tpa initial capacity (later expanded). Later renamed/acquired under Glencore, Bunge and Viterra entities. Distinct from other Biopetrol sites.
