Guangxi Beibu Gulf International Port Group Co., Ltd (Beibu Gulf Port Group, 北部湾港务集团) is a state-owned port operator in Guangxi, China. The company manages the Beibu Gulf Port cluster, including the deep-water ports of Qinzhou, Fangcheng, and Beihai, providing container, dry bulk, and liquid bulk terminal services.
Its infrastructure includes oil and chemical berths, liquid bulk storage, and rail–sea intermodal links that support regional refining, petrochemical, and energy supply chains across Southwest China and ASEAN markets. The group offers warehousing, bonded logistics, and port-adjacent industrial park services, and serves as a key gateway on the New International Land–Sea Trade Corridor connecting western China to global trade routes.

Topsoe's technology will enable a plant in Guangxi to produce SAF and renewable diesel from used cooking oil, reducing CO2 emissions by 800,000 tons annually. Operations start in December 2026.
