Beconal Bertolini Construção Naval da Amazônia Ltda (Beconal) is a Brazilian shipyard specializing in the construction of vessels for inland and coastal navigation, located in the Amazon region.
The company builds non-propelled barges and pushers (tugboats) used primarily for logistics and transportation in Brazil’s northern waterways. Recent contracts include the supply of 18 barges and 18 pushers for Transpetro as part of Petrobras’ Mar Aberto fleet expansion program.
Beconal’s output supports regional oil and gas logistics, including operations linked to the Urucu field in Amazonas, while contributing to local employment and industrial development in the Amazon.
