Azule Energy Exploration (Angola) Limited is a subsidiary of Azule Energy, an incorporated joint venture between BP p.l.c. and Eni S.p.A., with each holding a 50% share. Established in 2022, the company focuses on upstream oil and gas exploration and production in Angola, operating across 18 licensed blocks as the country's largest independent equity producer.
Headquartered in Luanda, Azule Energy manages offshore assets with net production exceeding 220,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day and approximately 2 billion barrels equivalent of net resources. It recently divested interests in two offshore blocks in March 2026.
