Azule Energy Angola B.V. is a subsidiary of Azule Energy, an incorporated joint venture equally owned by bp and Eni. Formed in 2022, the venture combines the Angolan upstream, LNG and solar assets of both companies and operates as an independent energy company focused on oil and gas exploration and production in Angola.

Its activities center on offshore developments in deep and ultra-deep waters. The company maintains its primary operations in Angola.
