The company was founded as a spin-off from BTG Bioliquids and focuses on converting biomass into refined lignins, sugars, and phenolic products for use in resins, coatings, composites, and specialty chemicals. It has secured financing from Triodos Bank, Oost NL, and other investors, and entered a long-term biomass supply agreement with Ten Damme to support sustainable operations compliant with NTA 8080 standards.
