Atvos Agroindustrial Participações S.A. is a Brazilian bioenergy company focused on sugarcane-based production of ethanol, VHP sugar, and electricity from biomass.
Headquartered in São Paulo, it operates nine agro-industrial units in the states of Goiás, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, and São Paulo, with an annual sugarcane crushing capacity of approximately 37 million tonnes.
The company ranks as Brazil's second-largest ethanol producer and is a major issuer of decarbonization credits (CBIOs) under the RenovaBio program. It was acquired by Mubadala Capital in 2023 following completion of a judicial reorganization process initiated in 2019.
