Air Liquide Karabatan Tech Gases LLP (ALKTG) is a subsidiary of Air Liquide Munay Tech Gases LLP, a joint venture between Air Liquide (75%) and KazMunayGas NC (25%). Headquartered in Astana, Kazakhstan, the company has operated since 2016, producing and supplying industrial gases including nitrogen and hydrogen to petrochemical and refining customers.
ALKTG manages air separation units in the Karabatan basin near Atyrau. In June 2026, it signed a long-term agreement with Silleno LLP to supply nitrogen and compressed dry air to a planned polyethylene plant, backed by a €70 million investment in two new high-purity, energy-efficient nitrogen units. Commissioning is scheduled for around 2028.
