An industrial park on the north-eastern side of Toluca, near San Mateo Otzacatipan and the city's airport, in the State of Mexico. Its chemical tenants are mostly drug makers, among them Landsteiner Scientific's two plants, Laboratorios Kener, Laboratorios Silanes and Andrómaco, together with cosmetics makers such as Alfaparf and Forta Lab, Dow's adhesives and resins plant and Avient's colourants plant. The park covers about 272 hectares; the owners' association that has run it since 1996 counts more than 130 member companies and some 40,000 workers.
