Dow's large integrated site at Freeport on the Texas coast, including the Oyster Creek plants. Dow runs ethylene crackers, propane dehydrogenation, propylene oxide and polyethylene here, and other companies have plants on the site: Olin makes chlorine, caustic soda, vinyls, epoxy, phenol and chlorinated organics, and MEGlobal ethylene glycol.
