Vitol and IRH finalize 20-year 1.0 mtpa LNG FOB supply agreement

Deal terms
Vitol and IRH have executed a natural gas Sale and Purchase Agreement under which Vitol will supply 1.0 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) of LNG on free on-board (FOB) terms to IRH Global Trading Ltd., a subsidiary of International Resources Holding, for a period of 20 years.
Background
The executed SPA follows a prior announcement on 5 November 2025 regarding the intended long-term supply arrangement between the parties.
