Board Meeting and Proposal
On November 5, 2025, Veolia's board of directors convened to discuss leadership roles. Following the nominations committee's recommendation, they proposed renewing Antoine Frérot and Estelle Brachlianoff as directors. This proposal will be presented at the general assembly on April 23, 2026.
