Scope of the agreement
Technip Energies and EDF signed a non-exclusive strategic framework to support execution, construction management and delivery of EDF’s nuclear new-build program, EPR2. Under the agreement, Technip Energies will deploy experienced personnel into key operational roles within EDF, working as part of integrated teams alongside EDF staff.
Operational model and objectives
The integrated-team model is designed to draw on Technip Energies’ experience in delivering major complex industrial and energy projects to strengthen execution discipline and improve schedule predictability across all of EDF’s nuclear new-build activities. The framework establishes a foundation for long-term cooperation to combine complementary capabilities and capitalise on lessons learned from large-scale projects.
