Management changes
The Supervisory Board appointed Agata Gładysz‑Stańczyk as President of the Management Board and named outgoing President Zbigniew Warmuz Vice‑Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Executive background
Gładysz‑Stańczyk has been with the Group since October 2020 and previously served as Director of the Insulation Materials Business Unit with responsibilities across sales, marketing, innovation, production, R&D and finance.
Industry role
Since 2025 she has held the presidency of the European Manufacturers of Expanded Polystyrene Association (EUMEPS).
Governance continuity
Warmuz will continue to support the Management Board from his new Supervisory Board position.
