Stahl introduced the Repura™ barrier coatings portfolio for paper-based packaging, intended to replace plastic materials while providing necessary barrier properties.
Performance
Repura coatings deliver protection against oil and grease, water and water vapour (MVTR), and oxygen transmission (OTR).
Applications and recyclability
The formulations are customizable for paper & board and flexible packaging, suitable for direct food-contact applications, and are designed to remain repulpable and recyclable to support conversion from plastic films and foils.
