Contract Extension

SPIE Facilities, a subsidiary of SPIE, has extended its multi-technical maintenance contract with Merck at the Molsheim site. This collaboration, ongoing since 2016, focuses on optimizing energy performance and includes the new MOBIUS buildings as of July 2025.

Scope of Services

The contract encompasses maintenance of industrial utilities, HVAC systems, steam, chilled water, and specific fluids essential for production. It also covers low and high-voltage electrical networks, traffic equipment, and building maintenance, ensuring efficient and secure installations.
