On March 18, Sinopec introduced a new series of high-end motor oils in Chengdu. These oils are designed to extend oil change intervals significantly, offering options for 12,000 km, 15,000 km, and 25,000 km.
Technical Advancements
The new motor oils are the first to exceed the API SQ/GF-7 specifications. Sinopec's Great Wall Lubricant utilized its advanced R&D capabilities to overcome technical challenges, resulting in the development of these products.
Performance and Testing
The oils have been rigorously tested under extreme conditions to ensure they maintain lubrication performance in frequent start-stop, congested roads, and high-temperature, high-load scenarios. Seven national patents have been filed for these innovations.
