This transaction includes a long-term lubricants supply agreement with Monomoy.

Assets and Retentions

The sale encompasses the Jiffy Lube brand and its network of franchised stores, both independently owned and operated by Premium Velocity Auto. Shell will retain its Pennzoil Quaker State, Rotella, and other lubricant brands, continuing their marketing, manufacturing, and distribution in the U.S. and Canada.
