Shell is advancing its plan to integrate technical divisions from its Projects and Technology organization into its business lines. This move aims to bring technical capabilities closer to value generation and improve cost competitiveness.

Leadership Change

Robin Mooldijk, President of Projects and Technology, will step down on 28 February 2026 after 35 years with Shell. His departure will reduce the Executive Committee from nine to eight members.

Impact on Shell's Structure

The integration of technical divisions is part of Shell's strategy to position itself for future growth. The changes will not affect Shell’s financial reporting segments, which remain as Integrated Gas, Upstream, Marketing, Chemicals and Products, Renewables and Energy Solutions, and Corporate.
