Acquisition Details

Plenitude has signed an agreement to acquire a portfolio of 52 renewable energy assets from Neoen, totaling approximately 760 MW of installed capacity. The portfolio includes 37 photovoltaic plants, 14 wind farms, and one battery storage facility, all located in France.

The acquired assets produce around 1.1 TWh of electricity annually, contributing significantly to Plenitude's renewable energy output.
