Acquisition Details
Plenitude has signed an agreement to acquire a portfolio of 52 renewable energy assets from Neoen, totaling approximately 760 MW of installed capacity. The portfolio includes 37 photovoltaic plants, 14 wind farms, and one battery storage facility, all located in France.
Energy Production
The acquired assets produce around 1.1 TWh of electricity annually, contributing significantly to Plenitude's renewable energy output.
Strategic Impact
This acquisition is a key step in Plenitude's growth strategy, reinforcing its position as a leading integrated energy player in Europe. It aligns with the company's 2025–2028 Strategic Plan, which aims to achieve 10 GW of installed renewable capacity by 2028.
