Introduction

Perstorp is addressing the increasing heat loads in data centers by expanding its liquid cooling portfolio. This expansion includes the introduction of Synplate™, a new line of synthetic dielectric fluids for cold plate cooling, and additional grades in the Synmerse™ DC immersion cooling range.

Synplate™ Launch

The Synplate™ line is designed to meet the growing demand for cold plate cooling in high-performance data centers. These fluids offer reliable heat transfer, strong dielectric performance, and broad material compatibility, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Synmerse™ DC Expansion

Perstorp has expanded its Synmerse™ DC line to cater to diverse data center needs. The new products include Synmerse™ DC-L, an ultra-low viscosity fluid for high-density environments; Synmerse™ DC-Lx, compatible with current hardware systems; and Synmerse™ DC-R, which meets high fire safety standards with a flash point over 260°C.

Collaboration and Testing

Since the launch of Synmerse™ DC in 2024, Perstorp has collaborated with OEMs and ODMs to enhance data center operations. The new Synmerse™ DC grades are designed for long fluid lifetime, material compatibility, and low maintenance, reducing downtime and total cost of ownership.

Upcoming Showcase

Perstorp will demonstrate its new cooling systems at Data Centre World London 2026. Visitors can experience the fluids in action and engage with technical experts on performance, safety, and sustainability.
