Transaction details

Nippon Shokubai acquired all 3,520,000 shares of GOO Chemical Co., Ltd. from MCP V, LPS and other individual shareholders for 20,000 million yen, making GOO Chemical a wholly owned subsidiary effective November 2, 2026.
