Key highlights
  • The Bedizzole plant can produce over 40,000 tons of recycled polymers annually.
  • The upcycling process uses NX Replast™ technology for high-purity r-polymers.
  • The plant processes industrial and urban post-consumer plastic waste.
  • The recycling efficiency of the process is 95%.

Facility Overview

NEXTCHEM has inaugurated new premises at MyReplast's 30,000 square-metre upcycling plant in Bedizzole, Brescia. The facility includes meeting rooms, offices, and a showroom with an experiential area where clients can observe the plastic upcycling process.

Production Capacity

The Bedizzole plant is capable of producing over 40,000 tons of recycled polymers annually. It processes a wide range of plastic waste from both industrial and urban post-consumer sectors, including car components and packaging waste.

Technology and Efficiency

The upcycling process employs NX Replast™ technology, a mechanical plastic recycling method that produces high-purity r-polymers. The advanced treatment technology ensures the recycled polymers meet high quality standards, achieving a recycling efficiency of 95%.

Event Attendance

The inauguration ceremony was attended by key figures such as Fabrizio Di Amato, Chairman and Founder of MAIRE, Alessandro Bernini, CEO of MAIRE, and Fabio Fritelli, Managing Director of NEXTCHEM, along with local authorities and industry leaders.
