Resignation
Dr. György Bacsa resigned from MOL's Board of Directors effective 30 April 2026.
Board proposal
The Board proposes at the Annual General Meeting on 10 April 2026 to re-elect Dr. Bacsa for the term 1 May 2026–30 April 2031.
Term alignment
If the AGM approves the proposal, the intra-year expiration dates of all Board members' terms will uniformly fall in April.
