Hydrogen Supply Agreement

Lhyfe has signed an offtake agreement to supply approximately 90 tons of RFNBO-certified hydrogen over a 15-month period to a service-station operator in Germany. This hydrogen will be used to fuel a fleet of several dozen buses, contributing to the decarbonization of heavy mobility.

Production Site in Germany

The announcement follows the recent inauguration of Lhyfe's first commercial production site in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany, which is the largest of its kind in the country. This development underscores Lhyfe's commitment to establishing a sustainable hydrogen industry in Germany.

Green Hydrogen's Role

The contract highlights Germany's strong momentum in developing green hydrogen, particularly for hydrogen mobility. Lhyfe believes that green hydrogen will play a crucial role in reducing CO2 emissions from heavy and intensive mobility sectors.
