She leads IT for PPG’s operations, environmental health and safety functions, and the global Industrial, Automotive and Packaging businesses; over a 20-year career she has managed and implemented systems across the manufacturing value chain, modernizing the user experience at more than 100 manufacturing sites and leading PPG’s global IT internship program.
Leadership & advocacy
Harshberger has championed initiatives supporting employee well-being, is a 10-year member of PPG’s Women’s Leadership Network (the WLN’s first global sponsor and co-chair of the Women’s Leadership Council), and serves on the executive committee for Women United at the United Way of Southwestern PA.
Education
She holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from Robert Morris University.
