Sale of Tin-Based Organometals
The company has sold its tin-based organometal business to the US-based PMC Group. The agreement was signed on November 9, 2019, and the transaction is expected to be completed by the end of 2019. The purchase price remains confidential.
Contract Manufacturing Agreement
