Buyback program
The share buyback program began on February 13, 2026 and will run until no later than September 20, 2026; it is carried out under Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
Weekly repurchases (Apr 27–30, 2026)
Kemira repurchased 71,698 shares on Apr 27 at an average EUR 17.3421 (EUR 1,243,392.56), 74,000 shares on Apr 28 at EUR 17.4091 (EUR 1,288,276.18), 74,166 shares on Apr 29 at EUR 17.2363 (EUR 1,278,349.06) and 62,516 shares on Apr 30 at EUR 17.5368 (EUR 1,096,331.33), totaling 282,380 shares at an average EUR 17.375 per share and EUR 4,906,349.13 in transaction value.
Resulting treasury holdings
After these acquisitions Kemira holds 3,783,343 treasury shares.
