The outage is projected to negatively impact the fourth quarter 2025 adjusted EBITDA by approximately $10 million. As a result, the adjusted EBITDA is now expected to be at the low end of the previously communicated $25 million to $50 million range.
Production Resumption
Production at the affected MDI line is anticipated to resume by mid-December, allowing the facility to return to its normal operations.
