Leadership Transition

Huntsman Corporation announced the appointment of Julia Wright as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary, effective October 13, 2025. She will succeed David Stryker, who will retire at the end of the year. Until his retirement, Stryker will serve as Executive Vice President, Strategic Initiatives.

Julia Wright's Background

Julia Wright brings over 15 years of senior executive experience, most recently at ChampionX Corporation. At ChampionX, she held the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary, overseeing legal functions including corporate governance, compliance, and M&A. Her tenure at ChampionX concluded with its acquisition by SLB on July 16, 2025. Wright's previous roles include Vice President and General Counsel at Nabors Industries and positions at Vinson and Elkins and Baker McKenzie.

David Stryker's Contributions

David Stryker has been with Huntsman since June 2013, serving as General Counsel. In his new role, he will focus on strategic initiatives and support Wright during the transition. His tenure is noted for strengthening the company's legal framework and contributing to shareholder value.
