Jillian (Jill) Evanko was appointed to Honeywell's Board of Directors as an independent director and Audit Committee member, effective immediately.
Board composition and spin-off
Following Honeywell's planned Aerospace spin-off on June 29, 2026, Craig Arnold, Bill Ayer, Scott Davis and Deborah Flint are expected to join the Honeywell Aerospace board; Evanko will remain on the Honeywell board alongside directors Vimal Kapur, Duncan Angove, Michael Lamach, Grace Lieblein, Indra Nooyi, Marc Steinberg, Robin Watson and Stephen Williamson.
Professional background
Evanko is CEO of Duravant (joined January 2026) and spent nearly a decade at Chart Industries, most recently as President & CEO and earlier as Chief Financial Officer; she has also held finance and operational roles at Truck-Lite, Dover Corporation and its subsidiaries, Arthur Andersen, Honeywell and Sony.
Board service and education
She currently serves as an independent director of Greif and previously served on the boards of Chart Industries, Parker Hannifin and Alliant Energy; she also sits on the National Association of Manufacturers board and holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Business Administration from La Salle University.
