GSK presents new Ris‑Rez, Mo‑Rez and Jemperli data at ESMO 2026

Key highlights
  • EMBOLD PanTumor‑101 phase I/II data will report positive anti‑tumour activity and manageable tolerability for Ris‑Rez in relapsed extensive‑stage small‑cell lung cancer (Abstracts #1071P, #3841P).
  • Late‑breaking ARTEMIS‑011 phase III results for Ris‑Rez in osteosarcoma will be presented by licensor Hansoh Pharma (Abstract #LBA9).
  • BEHOLD‑1 13‑month follow‑up will show clinically meaningful, durable responses and encouraging PFS for Mo‑Rez in platinum‑resistant ovarian cancer (Abstract #LBA41).
  • AZUR‑1 registrational phase II results for Jemperli (dostarlimab) will report sustained clinical complete responses in MSI‑H/dMMR locally advanced rectal cancer (Abstract #LBA87).

Overview

GSK will present more than 20 abstracts from its solid tumour portfolio at ESMO Congress 2026 (23–27 October, Madrid), covering lung, gynaecological and gastrointestinal cancers and including late‑breaking data and phase III results.

Key presentations at ESMO 2026

EMBOLD PanTumor‑101 phase I/II results will report positive anti‑tumour activity and manageable tolerability for risvutatug rezetecan (Ris‑Rez) in relapsed extensive‑stage small‑cell lung cancer at the dose selected for phase III (Abstracts #1071P, #3841P).

Late‑breaking ARTEMIS‑011 phase III data for Ris‑Rez in osteosarcoma will be presented by Hansoh Pharma (Abstract #LBA9). BEHOLD‑1 13‑month follow‑up data will show clinically meaningful, durable responses and encouraging progression‑free survival for mocertatug rezetecan (Mo‑Rez) in platinum‑resistant ovarian cancer, alongside tolerability data (Abstract #LBA41). Registrational phase II AZUR‑1 results for Jemperli (dostarlimab) will report clinically meaningful sustained clinical complete responses in MSI‑H/dMMR locally advanced rectal cancer (Abstract #LBA87).

Investigational agents and regulatory notes

Ris‑Rez is a B7‑H3‑targeted antibody‑drug conjugate (ADC) linked to a topoisomerase inhibitor; GSK holds exclusive worldwide rights outside Greater China. Ris‑Rez has received orphan designations (US, Japan, EU), EMA PRIME designation for relapsed/refractory ES‑SCLC and FDA Breakthrough Therapy designations for relapsed/refractory ES‑SCLC and relapsed/refractory osteosarcoma.

Mo‑Rez is a B7‑H4‑targeted ADC with a DAR of 6, also acquired from Hansoh Pharma. Jemperli is a PD‑1‑blocking antibody under evaluation across gynaecologic and gastrointestinal indications. Velzatinib, a selective KIT TKI for GIST, has FDA Fast Track and Orphan Drug designations.
