Investment and Expansion

Gabriel-Chemie Group has completed a significant expansion at its Nyíregyháza, Hungary production site, investing approximately €6.5 million. This development aims to enhance growth, sustainability, and competitiveness.

Increased Capacity

The expansion has notably increased usable space: office space from 244 m² to 720 m², warehouse space from 300 m² to 1,000 m², and production space from 540 m² to 1,190 m². A new maintenance area of 120 m² has also been added.

Enhanced Production

Production capabilities have been significantly upgraded, allowing the number of production lines to increase from 10 to 19, with a future annual production volume of up to 2,500 tonnes.

Energy Efficiency

Investments include modern, energy-efficient technologies such as a new cooling water system, a dust extraction system with fresh air supply, an air-source heat pump, and air conditioning in all offices.

Sustainable Energy

A planned photovoltaic system with around 250 kWp will contribute to sustainable energy supply, marking the third Gabriel-Chemie site to feature such a system.
