Incident
On July 25, 2026 a fire affected the production facility of the joint venture ALHAMRANI FUCHS PETROLEUM in Yanbu on the Red Sea, causing severe damage to the production and filling facilities. No employees were injured, and the company reiterates that employee safety remains its highest priority.

Operations have been suspended until further notice. In the short term the focus is on ensuring customer supply through alternative production and sourcing options. Planning for the reconstruction of the production facilities has begun in parallel.
