Election Results

On 2 March 2026, Novo Nordisk A/S employees completed the election of their representatives to the Board of Directors. The elected representatives for the next four years are Semsi Kilic Madsen and Désirée Jantzen Asgreen, who are new to the board, and Mette Bøjer Jensen and Elisabeth Dahl Christensen, who have been re-elected.

Substitute Members

In addition to the primary representatives, four substitutes were elected: Trine Hartvig Kristiansen, Tamara Schmidt, Tanja Villumsen, and Hassan Kassem. These substitutes will step in if any of the primary representatives are unable to fulfill their duties.

Transition Timeline
